Terms of Use

1. The Platform

Panda Mania is a platform operated by Panda Studio (Panda15Fps) for distributing, selling and licensing digital products — mainly systems and tools for Roblox and custom software. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may sign in with email/password or with third-party providers (Google, Discord, GitHub).
• We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your dashboard.
• Accounts of minors under 13 are not allowed. Users under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the platform, or engage in fraud.

3. Purchases, Licenses and Downloads

• Products are delivered digitally. Each purchase may issue a license key that identifies your right to use the product.
• Licenses are personal and non-transferable unless the product page states otherwise. Sharing, publishing or reselling license keys is prohibited and leads to revocation.
• Downloads are served through temporary personal links. Redistributing downloaded files is prohibited.
• Each product may enforce activation limits (devices, servers or Roblox experiences). Attempting to bypass these limits violates these terms.
• All payments and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Probe, scan or attack the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or abuse the API beyond documented limits.
• Remove, alter or bypass license validation, credits or protection systems in any product.
• Use the contact or quote forms to send spam or unlawful content.

5. API and SDK

API keys are personal. You must keep the key and its signing secret confidential. We may throttle or revoke keys that exceed rate limits or show abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, product code, branding and documentation belong to Panda Studio unless stated otherwise. Purchasing a product grants a license to use it under its license type — never ownership of the code.

7. Availability and Changes

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform evolves. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panda Studio's total liability related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or actions of third-party platforms (Roblox, payment providers, OAuth providers).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Lima, Peru. Official language: Spanish; translations are provided for reference.
