Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about products, licenses, payments and support. Can't find yours? Contact us.
How do licenses work?
Every purchase issues a personal PMLC license key. You bind it to your Roblox account (and optionally your groups) from Dashboard → Licenses — after that, the product validates automatically inside your game. Keys are personal: sharing or reselling them gets the license flagged and revoked.
What license types exist?
Lifetime (pay once, use forever), monthly and annual. Expiring licenses get email reminders 7 days and 1 day before they run out, and you can renew from the product page at any time.
Can I use a product in more than one game?
Yes — a license binds to your Roblox user and up to 3 groups, so it works in any experience owned by them. For private places you can also lock the license to specific Place IDs from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal (one-time purchases and subscriptions). You can pay with a card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account. If you need another method, contact us.
How do downloads work?
After purchase, your files are in Dashboard → Downloads. You always download the latest version of the product; older versions stay listed as changelog history. Download links are personal and expire after a few minutes — just click again to get a fresh one.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly, so refunds are limited — see the Refund policy for the exact cases. If something doesn't work as described, contact us first: we'll fix it or make it right.
What do subscriptions give me?
Plans give you a permanent discount on the whole marketplace while active, plus access to exclusive content on some tiers. You can cancel anytime — the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes. You can register with email + password or sign in with Google, Discord or GitHub. If you link your Roblox account in Settings, you can also log in with Roblox afterwards.
How do I secure my account?
Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings using any authenticator app. If you signed up with Google/Discord/GitHub, create a password first (Settings → Password) — the 2FA setup asks for it.
How do I get support?
Use the contact form or reach us on Discord (link in the footer). Include your order number or license key when it's about a purchase — it speeds everything up.
